Congrats on your pregnancy! Whether you’re 4 weeks or 20 weeks along - it’s such an exciting time and it’s time to capture this very special moment in your life! As your Houston maternity photographer, I like to customize each session one-on-one with you to create a session that captures that beautiful pregnancy glow. Maternity dresses are included along with styling and professional retouching. Hair and makeup services are not included.
Maternity sessions are best done when you are 28-32 weeks pregnant. Reach out 1-2 months ahead of this time to secure your session. Sessions are done Monday-Fridays only in studio, or outdoors if you prefer. Please plan accordingly if you need images back by a certain date.

Investment
Maternity sessions are done in weeks 28-34 of your pregnancy. Reach out 1-2 months in advance. Turnaround time is 1 week for your proofing gallery + 2-3 weeks for final images. Rush options are available. Sessions are done Mon-Fri in studio only. Prices are subject to change. Taxes are additional.

How it Works

STEP 1: Let’s Book!
Reach out first to get you scheduled with a deposit. Houston maternity sessions are done in weeks 28-34 of your pregnancy Mon-Fri in studio only. We’ll have a consultation call to go over styling and wardrobe options. Maternity dresses are included!

STEP 2: Session Day
You’ll arrive at my studio where all wardrobe, backgrounds and accessories will be ready for you. I will guide you and your family with posing to capture your best angles. At this time, you’ll also have a chance to see and feel product samples for ordering.

STEP 3: Gallery Reveal & Ordering
Online proofing galleries are ready 1-2 weeks after your session. Here you’ll choose your favorite images to be retouched and place your order. You’re also free to upgrade your package or include any add ons like albums or wall art.

STEP 4: Final Delivery
The best part! Your photos are ready for download! Your products are checked for quality control and then we arrange for pickup or delivery. Trust me - you WON’T regret investing in beautiful and custom heirloom products for your family!

Maternity photos are best done when you are 29-32 weeks along. It’s best to reach out 1-2 months beforehand to ensure availability.
*If you are needing photos back for a certain date, like a baby shower, please keep turnaround time in mind. Rush options are available.

About 1 week after your session, you will receive your proofing gallery via email. You will make your selections, then I will retouch them. It takes an additional 2-3 weeks to receive your final images. Please keep this in mind if you need images back by a certain date.

Yes! Each collection varies in how many outfit rentals are included. If you have something special of you’re own, you’re welcome to bring it as well. After your session fee is secured, you will receive a link to view all of the client closet dresses. Full sessions include 2 dresses from the client closet, along with 1 couture dress rental. You may add on a 2nd dress rental if desired.

For full maternity sessions, family portraits are included for significant other and children. Mini sessions do not include spouse/children.
You may choose to include them in one background, or all 3 backgrounds.

Please be prepared with a nude bra and underwear. Many of the maternity dresses are sheer and nude garments ensure I can photoshop any lines away. You may also bring maternity shapewear if your gown allows it. If you are not comfortable being braless for certain specific dresses, you are welcome to bring pasties. If you have special accessories and/or jewelry you’d like to include, you’re free to bring those as well.

Professional hair and makeup is strongly suggested for your session, but not included in maternity collections. If you need a suggestion for a makeup/hair artist I am happy to provide some referrals. Please make sure to let your makeup artist know that your makeup should be appropriate for a photo session.

A $100 deposit is required to book any maternity session. I have a mini session that includes 1 background, 1 dress for mom only, or a full session that includes family portraits, 3 backgrounds, and 3 dresses.
